§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: www.hotelcentrumsosnowiec.pl/en
    and is effective from 21.07.2025 .
  2. The data controller of users' data is: FHU Piotr Swieboda Sk (hereinafter referred to as "We").

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of the contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. considering complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of provided services – requesting to complete a survey or answer several questions regarding the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In case of consenting, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the consent conditions.
  3. If a person has given consent to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), data is processed until withdrawal of consent, but afterward information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purposes of establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g. contract execution, answering questions, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility to establish, pursue or defend claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

  5. Every person whose data is processed has the right to access their personal data, correct, delete or restrict its processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  6. Transactional data, including personal data, is transmitted directly by the user to the payment service provider.
  7. Visitors to the Website can fill in a form and subscribe to the newsletter and provide an email address and/or phone number as a basis for automatic contact.
  8. Visitors to the Website may consent to us conducting advertising campaigns on social networks targeted based on email addresses.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use services of software companies and maintain teleinformatics systems, with whom we have appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing rules and confidentiality. This data is not shared and none of these companies have the right to process the data differently than specified in the agreement. Your data, if the company has access to it, may only be processed for the proper provision of services.

§4. COOKIES

  1. Cookies are sent to web browsers and then stored in device memory and read by the server each time the Website is accessed.
